and children in family day care homes or child care centers through the
age of 12.

Children of migrant
workers in family day care homes or child care centers through the age of
15

Physically and
mentally handicapped persons receiving care until the age of 18 years old
or under.

Providers own children
only in tier 1 day care homes, when other nonresidential children are
enrolled in the day care home and are participating in the meal service.

Any one over the age
of 18 who passes a criminal background check.

Is licensed to operate
a Family Day Care Home by DHHR.

Who has a signed
Agreement with the Food Program Sponsoring Agency
